Returns and refunds

We hope that you love our products as much as we do. However, if you have changed your mind about a product and it’s within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will be happy to give you a refund.

Please quote your name and order number when emailing customerhappiness@masaroo.com.

We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. 

We kindly ask you to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Please seal the returned product and make sure that it hasn’t been used and is in a re-saleable condition.

We offer FREE returns on all orders.
